Efficient! This has been a surprise! I purchased this to address my acne and enhance my immunity. As a PCOS patient, my complexion tends to break out after I discontinue birth control pills. While there are still some new spots due to my oily skin, the overall acne has reduced. An additional surprise was a powdery lump behind my ear that had been inflamed and bled for ages. After a few days of taking this zinc, I noticed it has shrunk significantly and hardly protrudes now. I genuinely believe that zinc combats inflammation. Before purchasing, I researched various types of zinc and concluded that this one is the most effectively absorbed by the body.
